This range of heavy duty hinges is manufactured from die-cast zinc alloy (DIN-EN 1774-ZnAl4Cu1) and can be specified in either a chrome plated or black powder coated finish. The hinge pin is stainless steel (specification AISI 304) and the maximum hinge rotation angle is 270°.

The fixing options are two pre-drilled holes per leaf or two M8 x 14 threaded mounting studs per leaf. The length is 60mm and the overall width is either 60mm, 90mm or 120mm.

Suitable for a wide range of applications, including isolation doors, electric panels and built-in covers.
