This strip is manufactured from black PVC (polyvinyl chloride thermoplastic polymer) and has a self gripping fin along each inside wall. Suitable for panels or doors of between 1.5mm and 4mm and having small radius corners, edges or rims. Supplied in 50m lengths.

PVC gasketing has a high strength to weight ratio and good flexibility, as well as good air, moisture, and dust sealing properties. In addition, PVC is very durable, does not corrode and offers resistance to UV and many chemicals. PVC is also a good insulator, making it an expedient choice for electric and electronic applications.
